Well it's been a while since we've posted to the blog. Sorry about that! We'll try to do better.
Today we continued our Amelia Earhart fliers and learned more about possessive nouns. In math we are learning how to find a % of a number. The students are getting it! Not long from now they should be able to figure out discounts and tips. Have them practice this skill by asking them to figure out the tip next time you're out at a restuarant.

Read for 20 mins (Reading Log)
Math- 7-9 Practice B #1-19 We worked on the odd numbered ones in class today.
Parent-Teacher conferences are next week so if you haven't signed up for a conference time yet (8 of you) please ask your child for the form. I sent another one home with those students today. You can always stop by or call me to schedule one as well.
Next week will be early release days due to conferences. 1:20
